Participation Fee

Below you can find an overview of the costs of participating in specific events during the EBT. You will not be charged for an activity you are not selected for and thus cannot participate in. For the Company Days this only applies if you do not participate in any other activities during this week.

Penalty Policy

In case you are unexpectedly unable to participate in an activity, it is possible to cancel your registration free of charge up until three working days before the activity. This can be done by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling to +31 (6) 38571792.
Note that the following fine system applies:

• If you cancel too late (less than three working days before the activity), a fine of €10,- will be charged.
• If you do not show up at the activity without cancelling your registration in advance, a fine of €20,- will be charged.

Fee Withdrawal

At the end of the EBT, you will be charged with a SEPA incasso for all activities in which you participated. Please note that any iDEAL or SEPA payments come with a fee which will be added to your bill. Also, note that any penalties for not showing up to an activity will be added to your bill.
