In the Talent sum, we are going to find out were your talents come from. Using questions and themes, you will be challenged to make your talents as concrete as possible. In this training we look at the talent that you naturally have, and how you can use this further in your career. We will also look at what skills are needed to expand this talent and how to communicate your talent to a potential employer. At the end of the training you walk out of the room with your personal sum of talents. This sum is developed by our founders and is regularly used by our employees, the Frisse Blikkers.
