In the case we ask you to calculate, for the attached article set, the ideal allocation of this assortment, taking into account a number of assumptions, conditions, requirements and available locations. We would like to hear what you think is the most optimal allocation and how you arrived at these calculations. During this workshop, students will work on an DISC assessment. This gives students an insight about their preferred communication styles indicated by four dominant colors. The four colors are classified by task-oriented and people-oriented, and active and reflective people. On the basis of these four dominant colors we outline recognizable situations in which each has a certain role. The DISC also gives into the preferred communication style of stakeholders. This allows someone to assess what each stakeholder needs and where their own and their stakeholders qualities lie for better cooperation.
