This responsible job needs innovative technologies combined with technology dating back to the 1950s - a challenging job that we do together and that goes on 24/7.

Meet ProRail with this Lego game. Players start this game with a geographical area with no tracks and without any stations. In the area are several things to be found, such as a village, a town, an airport or a soccer station. All these elements involve costs. First step in the game is to determine the route: How will the track run through the area and where will the station? In the second round, the station is built. Are all the stakeholders' requirements considered in this process? After the stations are built, the corridor is laid out. There will need to be sidings and noise barriers. If the track cuts through areas, a viaduct will be needed. And in order to be prepared for everything fallout sites from Incident Response (ICB) will be placed. In the latest round ICB vehicles are built and the Players have to handle an incident.

In order to rise again, pioneer and become futureproof, KLM invests in becoming a sustainable force in the aviation sector. During this workshop, students will work on an DISC assessment. This gives students an insight about their preferred communication styles indicated by four dominant colors. The four colors are classified by task-oriented and people-oriented, and active and reflective people. On the basis of these four dominant colors we outline recognizable situations in which each has a certain role. The DISC also gives into the preferred communication style of stakeholders. This allows someone to assess what each stakeholder needs and where their own and their stakeholders qualities lie for better cooperation. The DISC workshop will give helpful insights and practical tips for all forms of teamwork
