When the participant does not show up at the activity without cancellation, a fine of €15 will be charged. Per extra activity where the participant does not show up an extra €10 will be charged on top of the €15. For the first late cancellation of an activity, a €10 fee will be charged. For each additional late cancellation, an extra €5 will be applied per activity.
