With over 24 successful editions of the EBT, many students have found their employers through one of the many activities organized during the event! In this Career Starter Post, Edina Santhi will share her experiences with the EBT and how the event helped her in her career.

Edina’s experience with the EBT:

I was looking for an internship to do as part of my bachelor program in IBA, so I thought it would be a great opportunity to find one. It really helped me to get to know what the company values are and whether my own values and ideals align with them. This also helped me a lot during the interview process!

It is never too early to start working towards your future, don’t let people tell you otherwise. During my first EBT, I got to talk with young professionals from the fields I was interested in and through that, found out what they did during their studies to end up where they are now. I am honestly really happy with how it is going so far and I’m very much looking forward to what the next edition of the EBT could bring!
